The Journey Within
Meditation Retreat Day
We all meditate for different reasons.
To quieten the mind. To calm the nerves. To focus. To cultivate awareness. To access intuition. To find inner peace.
The reasons are many. The invitation is the same, because the journey is always within.
Whether you're brand new to stillness or looking to deepen an existing practice, you'll leave with something personal to carry home.
🌕 What we'll explore together:
- Grounding practices to relax the body and quieten the mind
- Breathing techniques to calm the nerves
- Guided meditation journey, to access higher consciousness
- Mantra meditation practice to focus the mind
- Stillness practices to cultivate awareness and create inner peace
🌳 We'll also sit with the roots of our own disconnection; the judgement, expectations, attachment, aversion, resistance, and fear that pull us away from ourselves.
⭐ We'll access the ways we find our way back: acceptance, forgiveness, flow, compassion, surrender, gratitude, presence, and love.
📅 Saturday 24th October
Come find the practice that's yours.
The journey is within. 🙏
